Returns: You have 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and all tags attached. Your item needs to have the proof of purchase.

Vintage Love Items: Due to the nature of vintage items they are not available for return. Please read descriptions and measurements carefully and know that these are true vintage items and they are not perfect. When we say "in perfect vintage condition", that means there are no chips or tears etc. We don't buy anything that you would not due to condition.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that certain credit cards can take up to seven days. I know, what takes them so long? We don't know either. If something doesn't seem right call us after you have contacted your bank.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Damaged Item: Boy, we sure hope this doesn't happen but if it does we are here for you. Call our customer care: (360) 932-3330. You can email us too. If the damage looks like it was caused in shipping or if it is defective, snap a quick picture and attach to an email to We will contact you immediately and set up your return.
